Significant breakthrough in flame retardant performance of PVC sheet


After long-term research and development, a new type of flame-retardant PVC sheet has been developed. An innovative flame retardant system is added to the traditional PVC formula, which is composed of multiple flame retardant elements that work together to quickly form a dense carbonized layer at high temperatures, preventing heat transfer and oxygen from entering, effectively suppressing combustion. After testing, the flame retardant rating of the new PVC sheet has reached UL94 V-0 level, which is much higher than that of ordinary PVC sheet. This achievement is of great significance for fields such as architecture and electrical engineering that require strict fire safety requirements, and will significantly enhance the safety of related products.
